Refund policy

At Arts & Acts Studio, every product is made to order with care and purpose — we don’t hold inventory, so returns work a little differently than in traditional retail.

💛 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — free of charge.
Please email support@aaastudio.store within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged/incorrect item

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

🚫 Change of Mind or Sizing Issues

Because all our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partners, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items that don’t fit, or if you’ve changed your mind.
Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering. 💫

📦 Return Shipping

Returns should not be sent back to us or to the return address on your package. Any items sent back to those addresses will not be processed.
If your item qualifies for a replacement, our support team will provide clear next steps.
