1. Order Processing

All orders are made to order and processed within 3–7 business days after you place your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a notification with tracking info (if available).
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer several shipping options. Delivery times below are estimates after the order has shipped and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.

For international shipping, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees your country may charge.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

After your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information (if available).

In rare cases where tracking is not provided, you may still receive your item — we’ll monitor the fulfillment partner’s system and will update you as soon as we have status.

Please allow a few days after shipment for the tracking link to become active.
5. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your address before the order has shipped, email us at support@aaastudio.store and we’ll try to update it.

Once the order has shipped, address changes are generally not possible, and any additional fees for rerouting or returns will be your responsibility.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with others at your delivery address, your local post office or carrier, and then contact us with your order number and a photo of any tracking status.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund policy.

Because we rely on third-party carriers and fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee delivery times, and we’re not liable for carrier delays beyond our partners’ control.
7. International Orders

We ship internationally. Please note that customs duties, import taxes or fees may be charged by your country — you are responsible for paying those.

Delivery times may be extended because of customs clearance.

Some regions may have shipping restrictions or elevated shipping costs; if your region is excluded, you’ll be notified at checkout.
8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because all items are made to order via dropshipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing unless the item is specifically eligible under our Return & Refund policy. Please review that policy for full details.
